Earlier this week, we agreed to manage Cobblestone Park, a 750-acre gated golf course community in Columbia, South Carolina.

As the managing entity, we will be responsible for day-to-day management of sales and marketing, development and club operations at Cobblestone Park, a private golf club community that features a resort-style amenity center and more than 800 home sites. The 27-hole championship golf course at Cobblestone Park is home to the University of South Carolina’s Gamecocks golf team.

On behalf of the Cobblestone Park owner, we will manage and grow all facets of the development, sales, marketing, construction and club operations at Cobblestone Park which currently has about 100 homes and several more under construction.

The agreement to manage Cobblestone Park is reflective of the strong commitment and prudent management by our owners and speaks to the tremendous professional abilities of our employees.

In the coming weeks, our organization will work closely with Cobblestone Park’s owner and employees to ensure a seamless transition.
